Support Strategic Initiatives

Establish creative solutions and roadmaps for continuous improvement through collaboration with internal and external partners.
Be the primary contact for facilitating effective communication with site and subcontractor teams.
Facilitate site process reviews and participate in process risk and opportunities assessments.
Promote metrics for benchmarking department performance.
Identify and share best known methods to across departments and sites.
Implement New Process

Define and maintain global and local processes to meet ISO/TS16949 or IATF standards within the department.
Develop systems to support process compliance and execution.
Develop material and conduct training to mentor others.
Deploy standard methods and tools to manufacturing sites.
Build and Sustain Customer Relations

Empowered team representative at key interdepartmental meetings.
Serve as the primary liaison for areas outside the department.
Present new and strategic plans to department leadership and technical teams.
Broker joint solutions between global technical teams.
