As Senior Trade Marketing Manager, you will be the key project owner to drive category growth via strong go to marketing planning / trade strategy, leading the sales forecast & P&L and develop promotional plans for our customers to drive activation and business growth.
With Us You Will
Analyzing the market landscape, customers, and consumers insights to gain competitive strategies and effective growth plans across channels.
Developing category growth strategies and implementing strong conceptual selling to create superior customer value.
Developing strategic, integrated trade plans (online/offline channel plans, promotions, in-store programs, etc.) in collaboration with the sales team, multi-functional team, and customers to drive sales and market share growth.
Collaborating with Sales, Brand, Finance, and Product Supply partners to leverage multidisciplinary knowledge and skills for bigger and faster impact in retail and distribution.
Managing monthly forecasts, distribution, pricing promotions, shelving, and merchandising strategies to ensure effective go-to-market initiatives.
Managing the trade budget and continuously seeking opportunities to drive business goals.

Qualification Required
Minimum 4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, key account management, or marketing in the FMCG/consumer goods industry or related service industries.
Proven experience in managing categories, brands, go-to-market plans, sales forecasts, and trade funds budgets.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of delivering outstanding business results, exceeding targets, and a strong focus on governance and productivity.
Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a passion for driving productivity.
Expertise in category growth strategy, data analysis, budget management, and the ability to navigate complex business and organizational situations to find solutions.
High emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and demanding environment.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
