U3D Development Engineer

1. Develop game technology modules with Unity, including but not limited to the underlying framework and some core business module development tasks 2. Discuss development requirements and technical implementation details with planning, art, and product personnel 3. Design and formulate general optimization plans and resource specifications 4. General tool chain development and iteration work.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with 3-5 years or more of experience in Unity game project development 2. Have a good programming technology foundation, technical abstraction ability, familiar with common design patterns, and a good foundation in game algorithms 3. Familiar with C# and Shader development, and have a certain foundation in graphics 4. Have a certain understanding and practical experience in Unity project performance optimization and general optimization methods 5. Strong communication and cooperation skills, and have the responsibility and patience to continuously improve and optimize product details.
