Responsibilities
1. Have good artistic skills and personal aesthetics, have certain experience in picture composition and lens language, have experience in lens composition production, and can independently complete the whole process of UE4 production 2. According to the various style requirements of the project, be responsible for all 3D animation production related work, and complete the animation design that suits the character's personality 3. Improve the upper limit of animation-related action design, camera performance and stylization, have the ability to summarize abstract animation style and action expression characteristics, and have a good understanding of the game's rhythm, sense of control and game camera 4. Solve various problems encountered in the animation production process and provide professional technical support 5. Manage daily 3D action work to ensure smooth communication and collaboration with upstream and downstream workflows.
Qualifications
1. Have relevant work experience in animation production 2. Have certain experience in motion capture production, be familiar with the entire motion capture process, pay attention to AI animation technology and be able to use it in work 3. Those who have mastered 3D modeling, lighting materials, engine special effects, post-synthesis and other module knowledge are preferred 4. Those with MAYA and MAX animation production experience are preferred 5. Those with UE blueprint editing ability are preferred those with Unity animation production experience are preferred 6. Have good communication skills and can formulate effective work plans. Please attach representative works have rich animation theory and production ability, have a deep understanding of animation theory such as motion laws, animation principles, modeling, composition, etc., and can grasp the character's personality characteristics for action design.
