Responsibilities
1. Lead the UE team, manage various resources in UE, be familiar with the production process of each link of UE, including but not limited to 3D modeling, material mapping, animation, special effects and environmental design, solve the technical docking and adaptability problems between various platforms, and ensure the coordination and efficiency of team work 2. Have a high level of artistic aesthetics, be able to skillfully use lens language, control scene layout, atmosphere creation and animation rhythm 3. Manage outsourced art resources, including evaluating the work quality of the outsourced team and ensuring the progress and quality of the outsourced work 4. Track the latest art design trends and technologies to bring new ideas and inspiration to the project.
Qualifications
1. More than five years of UE work experience and three years of team management experience 2. Deep game enthusiasts, with a deep understanding of the art style, subject matter type and gameplay characteristics of various categories of games 3. Good communication and coordination skills and problem-solving skills, rich teamwork experience and management experience, and the ability to handle complex teamwork problems 4. Have good project management capabilities, make detailed work schedules, sort out production cycles and workloads, ensure quality and progress, and be able to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced work environment 5.
