User Experience Designer - Life Service

1. Responsible for the UX design work of traffic diversion and user growth of Douyin Life Service Mall 2. Focusing on the core indicators of the mall, diagnose problems, define experience through professional methods, and provide accurate traffic diversion & growth design solutions, and continuously promote product experience iteration 3. Have good business communication and self-drive, actively cooperate with upstream and downstream to enhance experience value.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of Internet design experience, excellent interaction ability, able to support conventional UI output 2. In-depth understanding of the business, solid professional skills, result-oriented, strong learning and self-motivation 3. Possess certain user research ability, strong empathy, clear logic, good communication and expression 4. Experience in local life or e-commerce related work is a plus.
