1. Responsible for the growth of new users of Wukong Browser products, and responsible for the scale and retention of new users 2. Formulate offline promotion strategy plans (promotion channels & crowds, forms, costs, promotion rhythm, promotion supervision and evaluation, etc.) based on the positioning of Wukong Browser products 3. Responsible for private domain traffic operations, explore innovative gameplay and models in the private domain based on user interests, and optimize user conversion, retention and activity 4. Drive continuous improvement of user growth model with data, implement new growth methods/scenarios, and improve operational efficiency

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of Internet operation experience, familiar with offline promotion or community operation, those with relevant experience are preferred 2. Clear logic, keen business awareness, strong self-drive and resilience, goal-oriented, strong execution, teamwork awareness, able to actively promote business cooperation, those with business collaboration and resource development experience are preferred 3. Able to independently operate projects, have strong strategic ability and data sensitivity, strong logical thinking ability, and good resource integration ability 4. Have good communication and negotiation skills, cross-departmental co-construction ability, and be passionate, creative and responsible.
