Responsibilities
The User Growth team is responsible for the growth of ByteDance's products. We help products develop tailor-made growth plans and use various marketing, product, and data analysis methods to achieve business growth goals. The UG team maintains and optimizes a series of mature product growth plans such as paid advertising and organic growth, and skillfully applies them to various businesses to promote business growth at the same time, when new growth opportunities are discovered, we also build new solutions to help businesses achieve breakthroughs. Joining the UG team, you can be responsible for the growth of products with hundreds of millions of users and master the industry's advanced and first-hand growth practices. 1. Use the capabilities of algorithms and AI to formulate strategies, establish a new model for advertising material production, and support global advertising delivery 2. Establish a production line that cooperates with human designers and algorithms to greatly improve the production capacity and efficiency of material production 3. Design a material production tool matrix to empower the advertising delivery team 4. Further exert the capabilities of machines and find breakthroughs in various new growth channels.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of strategic product experience and more than 1 year of management experience 2. Have a good user perspective and be able to think about problems from the user's perspective 3. Radical, no boundaries, and result-oriented. Strong self-driving ability, and good at driving partners horizontally to achieve results together 4. Candidates with experience in algorithms, images, and advertising are preferred. Candidates with entrepreneurial experience are preferred.
