Responsibilities
1. Build a user operation system, formulate refined operation strategies, and be responsible for the continuous activity and transactions of users 2. Have a deep understanding of users, formulate relevant business strategies and service rights standards based on the service chain, and promote the implementation of relevant operation plans and programs 3. Promote cross-departmental cooperation, work closely with product, industry and other teams, lead the team to solve card points, and be responsible for the overall operation indicators 4. Coordinate the supply and demand matching of users and merchants under the business objectives to provide efficiency guarantee.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of experience in the retail/local life transaction industry, those with marketing experience, category operation, supply leverage and other experience are preferred more than 3 years of experience in growth direction operation team management 2. Have strong data analysis and understanding of user needs, and be able to keenly and accurately understand user content and consumption preferences understand content, goods, prices, have a deep understanding of matchmaking transactions, have operational work experience or method accumulation, and have a rich platform perspective. 3. Rich experience in project planning and coordination, the ability to disassemble complex problems, excellent logical thinking and communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to lead the team to promote work and collaboration in a complex environment 4.
