Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the user research of Douyin (including users, influencers, merchants, etc.), support the business development of the life services industry, complete the demand analysis, solution design, and project execution of various user research projects within the business ecosystem, and output professional research reports with strong implementation and promote business implementation 2. Proactively sort out and judge the market environment and dynamics of Internet content products and related industries, and conduct research and analysis of users/influencers/merchants on special topics in combination with business progress 3. Able to build scientific and reasonable business health indicators for tracking users/experts/merchants, and conduct special research on business issues to locate, attribute and explore solutions.
Qualifications
1. More than 4 years of market and user research experience, able to independently complete qualitative/quantitative research projects, strong logical ability, strong learning ability, able to think independently to solve problems, dare to innovate, accept challenges, and have good communication skills and motivation 2. Able to adapt to the fast, agile and multi-threaded parallel work rhythm 3. Priority is given to those with relevant work experience in the local life industry or market research industry 4. Familiar with and master statistical software such as SPSS and SQL, and have data analysis capabilities proficient in qualitative research skills, including but not limited to hosting in-depth interviews, focus group seminars, etc. 5. Including but not limited to undergraduate degree or above in psychology, statistics, sociology, marketing and other related majors.
