Responsibilities
1. According to project goals and audience needs, propose creative video planning schemes, and independently complete creative conception, execution coordination, content production and other tasks 2. Responsible for video editing, post-processing and packaging (such as special effects, subtitles, music, etc.), optimize content structure, and ensure that the video logic is clear and the rhythm is smooth 3. Continuously research and analyze popular videos on the platform and peer content, put forward innovative optimization suggestions, adjust video production style and form according to data feedback, and improve content conversion rate and exposure 4. Pay attention to the development trend of cutting-edge dynamics and effect technology in the industry, explore and use AI technology to optimize video creation efficiency and innovative effects, and promote implementation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of video editing or creative planning experience, advertising, directing, multimedia, digital media art and other related majors are preferred 2. Proficient in using video editing and special effects tools such as AE and PR, with the ability to create video scripts and storyboard design, familiar with the application of AI technology in content creation (such as AI-assisted editing, visual effects generation, etc.), those with certain shooting experience are preferred 3. Have excellent image aesthetic perception ability, have a keen sense of dynamic visual effects and innovation, be good at insight into business needs and promote the implementation of needs through proposals 4. Excellent sense of responsibility and communication and coordination skills, can maintain enthusiasm and efficiency in cross-team cooperation, actively promote the execution of multi-threaded projects, and ensure that tasks are completed on time and with high quality 5.
