1. Based on business planning and user feedback, collaborate with product managers to promote VR video/live content creation, continuous optimization of distribution capabilities and strategies, and follow up on related operational needs 2. According to content project planning, plan resource scheduling, and follow up on content project launch, activities and other content project operations 3. By following up on hot topics, events, social hotspots, etc., plan and initiate in-app and community activities, and follow up on implementation.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in video or live broadcast platform operation 2. Good at thinking, with keen user product awareness and good data understanding, and able to continuously optimize content scheduling and distribution strategies 3. Passionate about VR/AR/XR and the latest technology trends, with relevant background or experience preferred 4. Good sense of cooperation, excellent communication, interpersonal relationship and expression skills.
