Group Technology & Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Accountabilities
- Coordinate strategic initiatives cross teams at location and regional
- Ability to join regional meetings to pick up and take required actions for location
- Support iconic journeys and self-drive process enhancement in view of end-to-end and a well testing plan to achieve positive outcome
- Supervise and identify key issues and self-develop MIS analytics
- People management for well resource/capacity arrangement to assigned projects for implementation
- Support reporting journey data lineage investigation among internal reports
- Support and consolidate deck preparation for regular/ad hoc reviews of the management team
- Co-work with Product PM/IT/Vendor to study the improvement opportunity to fulfill the requirement for internal users and provide system support (including UAT/System enhancement/browser upgrade/WF enhancement etc.)
- Prepare system operation manual & support system project live verification
Required Skill
- At least 5-year project management experiences in Banking industry
- Think strategically to develop efficient operation models with robust risk control
- Keen to identify internal users needs and provide appropriate solutions accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can speak English fluently
- Effective time management skills thus can deliver the outcome within specific timeframe
