Job Description
Essential Functions & Accountabilities
- Carry out picking, packaging and shipping operations according to customer orders
- Daily inventory counting, order classification and goods sorting in the warehouse
- Purchase, replenishment and shelving operations
- Follow up with customers on abnormal return and exchange orders
- Warehouse environmental cleaning management
- System operation and data maintenance
- Assist in modifying and writing SOP
- Other matters assigned by the superviso r

In house inbound, outbound, exchange and return operation management.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Able to work proactively and independently.
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities to build current skill set and gain knowledge.
- Familiar MS office operation.
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires 1+ years of related experience in warehouse operation.
- Specific skills and knowledge required include knowledge of warehouse operation flows, communication, and problem-solving.
Education
Senior high school or above
