Serve as the team leader for the R&D department, guiding the software team to develop products that meet customer needs and deadlines, ensuring the delivery of competitive products.
Collaborate with business teams, AE (Account Engineers), QA, and external vendors to achieve product delivery goals.
Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience in product R&D and design, with a strong understanding of software development processes.
At least 3 years of experience in managing R&D teams, or multiple successful projects in leading software development efforts.
Experience in the R&D of Cable WiFi Gateway-related products.
Familiar with WiFi 6/WiFi 7 and Easy-Mesh protocols, with relevant development experience being a plus.
Proficient in SDK, RDK-B, and system integration is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English.
Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
