Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the user withdrawal product experience in multiple scenarios within ByteDance 2. Build universal and efficient withdrawal/payment products and systems 3. Discover growth opportunities and develop product plans to increase Douyin payment card binding, activity, and transaction counts 4. Explore and implement product tools and capabilities that can enhance user growth effects.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in mobile Internet products 2. Excellent user experience and data-driven awareness, good aesthetics 3. Excellent cross-team/institutional promotion and communication skills 4. Priority is given to those with growth product experience.
