Job Responsibilities
1. Project planning and management:
1) Responsible for the overall project planning and demand analysis of the WMS system
2) Develop a project management system, including project implementation process, project process implementation guide, document templates, project management tools and information systems.
3) Follow up and manage the daily work of the project manager team, conduct performance appraisals, and provide training on project management related skills.
2. Technical implementation and coordination:
1) Develop relevant technical solutions and demand implementations based on business needs and project requirements.
2) Responsible for the implementation of WMS system software, including on-site surveys, solution design, process optimization, data collation and user training.
3) Connect with hardware suppliers to communicate equipment procurement, installation and commissioning.
3. Progress and quality control:
1) Participate in communication and coordination during project implementation, and be responsible for the progress and quality of the project.
2) Track and feedback problems during implementation and propose solutions.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
1) Communicate and coordinate with customers, understand customer needs and opinions, and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
1. At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, those with experience in large-scale WMS system integration or project management are preferred.
2. Familiar with warehousing business, and have a deep understanding of warehousing management and warehousing operation management
Required majors: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, industrial automation, computer, information management, project management and other related majors
2. Proficient in project management methods and techniques, and familiar with project management tools.
3. Familiar with the interactive logic of WMS, WCS, MES and other systems.
4. Able to perform basic data operations on PG or Oracle
Other requirements: Those with project management related certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred
Language requirements: English level 4 or above
