We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to join our team in Taiwan. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies that align with our company's objectives, support our business growth, and ensure competitive positioning in the market.

What Your Day Looks Like
- Builds and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the executive management
- Acts as the positive team member of the HR Management Team
- Designs the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values
- Coordinates compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years focused on compensation and benefits management.
- Proven experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and C&B program implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of financial modeling and budget management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local and international compensation regulations and best practices.
