We are now looking for a Global Talent Management Specialist (m/f/d) to support our People Operations team.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition
- Provide support to the Director of People Operations in implementing global talent acquisition strategies across our 11 subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with business needs and market trends.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening candidates, and coordinating with local teams.
- Help execute global initiatives like employer branding, diversity recruitment, and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency in hiring practices.
- Support subsidiaries in identifying and onboarding talent to meet their growth objectives.
People Operations
- Assist the People Operations team in developing and maintaining SOPs, process manuals, and guides to align subsidiaries with HQ policies.
- Provide insights to the Director of People Operations on benchmarking salaries across markets and contribute to creating competitive compensation strategies.
- Support the People Ops team in coordinating between HQ and subsidiaries on matters related to legal, finance, and payroll.
- Help internal stakeholders address people-related challenges and align operational strategies globally.
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including supporting the creation of global frameworks for employee engagement and retention.
- Support the People Ops team in the creation of onboarding plans to ensure smooth integration for new employees.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in an international company or a similarly global environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- A strong people-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships across cultures.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with project management systems and a data-driven approach to decision-making is preferred.
- Experience or knowledge in Talent Acquisition and global recruitment practices is an advantage.
- Understanding of networking, cross-cultural communication, and international business practices.
