Responsibilities
1. Understand the business status and operation status of the Data system team, understand the business goals, and provide relevant human resources solutions that meet the needs of the business team 2. Implement the organizational culture, talent development and other human resources work of the Data system team, and assist the business department to improve organizational performance 3. Combine the company's talent and organizational development framework, clarify the competency quality model, design personnel growth path and personnel training plan, effectively formulate and implement talent development plan and follow up implementation 4. Provide support for the development of the team, apply professional theories, methods and tools to provide all-round solutions for the business team, including industry research, culture, compensation performance, employee relations and other human resources work 5. Promote the construction and implementation of the business team's corporate culture.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of human resources work experience 2. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, be familiar with organizational culture (OC), organizational development and other related theories are preferred, and have experience in building a cultural atmosphere, performance, and employee training system and implementation 3. Strong self-motivation, good at thinking and research, serious and responsible, and able to adapt to the company's fast-growing work rhythm.
