The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR strategy by partnering with business leaders to align HR services with organizational goals. This role is focused on HR Business Partnering (BP) and Compensation & Benefits (C&B), covering 50% of responsibilities, while also managing HR services, operations, and project initiatives to ensure effective and efficient HR support across the organization.
Typical Accountabilities
HR Business Partnering (BP):
- Act as a strategic partner to managers, supporting workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement to align with business goals.
- Facilitate employee relations and serve as the point of contact for team and individual concerns, guiding managers on best practices for employee management.
- Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development programs, to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
- Oversee the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational objectives.
- Conduct analysis of market trends, salary structures, and benefits offerings to keep the company's C&B practices competitive and attractive to employees.
- Handle benefits administration, support annual salary reviews, and assist employees with inquiries regarding C&B policies, fostering a fair and transparent environment.
HR Services and Operations:
- Manage employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the execution of HR services such as onboarding, leave management, and exits, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Serve as a resource for employees on HR policies and procedures, helping to promote understanding and adherence to company standards.
HR Projects:
- Lead and support HR projects, such as policy development, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational improvements.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful implementation and measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate HR events, training sessions, and other initiatives that contribute to employee engagement and company culture.
