Responsibilities
1. Have a global perspective, gain insight into management challenges through data analysis, research interviews, etc., and provide targeted comprehensive human resources solutions for business departments and HRBP 2. Cooperate with HRBP and business departments to carry out human resources-related projects based on business characteristics, including but not limited to organizational diagnosis, industry research, product special research and analysis, strategic decoding, organizational design, job qualifications, talent identification, performance management, etc. 3. Work with the company (COE) team to support and promote key daily projects (e.g., human resource planning, annual performance evaluation, digital human resource management, etc.) in accordance with the company's policies and concepts 4. Be able to customize, improve processes and develop management tools suitable for the business, support and promote the implementation of human resource plans and projects to improve human efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent and above, with organizational, compensation and performance related management consulting and Internet OD/CB experience preferred 2. Familiar with organizational development, compensation and performance management system, proficient in at least two module project practical experience 3. Excellent project management skills, good promotion and execution capabilities, good at coordinating internal and external resources and working with others to achieve results 4. Good business thinking, able to understand and understand the business strong self-motivation, good logical thinking ability, analysis and problem-solving ability.
