Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the POI data and application capability construction of ByteDance's core products, responsible for the data quality, search, recommendation and other application effects of POI, and lay a solid foundation for the expansion of the company's offline scenarios 2. Responsible for the construction of geographic information data and basic capabilities (including positioning, geocoding, address library, etc.), including demand analysis, strategy optimization direction planning, etc. 3. Responsible for sorting out the application scenarios related to ByteDance's billion-level DAU products, driven by data quality, establishing business guidance directions and strategies, and promoting the efficient implementation of business needs 4. Starting from the value to users and customers, collaborate with the algorithm and engineering R&D team to establish an indicator system, jointly promote the iteration of strategy/algorithm models to improve data quality and algorithm strategy indicators, and link up upstream and downstream business teams to jointly promote project implementation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, no major limit 2. Sensitive to data, with excellent data analysis skills and strong logic 3. Strong communication and collaboration skills, strong self-drive, good at discovering new business opportunities, and strong subjective initiative 4. Patient and meticulous work, high sense of responsibility, strong ability to learn quickly and innovative, and strong stress resistance 5. Bonus points: business experience in maps, travel, risk control, governance, merchants, customer service, etc.
