Purpose of this Position
The position holder plays a trusted HR Business Partner of Asia and Taiwan Regional Sales teams and is responsible for assigned countries or departments full spectrum of HR functional operation, including recruiting and selection, compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management, employee relations, safety and security, labor legislation and other HR matters that aligns with Moxa's values and policies.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Manage and execute HR full spectrum of operations in quality and effectiveness.
- Play one COE role to develop and manage HR guideline and practices in Asia region.
- Collaborate with Group COE teams to enhance HR initiative implementation and operation excellence.
- Facilitate conversations, meetings and workshops for results within job scope.
- Provide analysis, advices or insights to management team to assist people stakeholders decision making, operation management, people management, talent development, etc.
- Provide HR and counselling services to all staff and ensure understanding of HR policies and procedures, maintain good labor relations, as well as alert management for any employee issues.
- Initiate and execute employee engagement activities align with corporate culture and philosophy.
- Assist Head of Asia and Taiwan HR to design and deliver landing solutions of corporate/regional projects.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university
- At least 12 years of HR professional experience
- Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Sensitivity to differences of cultural and local practices
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint
